1. Online Ordering Policies

* We accept the order only for the shipping address in the USA and Canada.
* We accept Pay Pal and Credit Card (American Express, MasterCard , Discover and Visa).
* Billing address must much with the Credit card information and customer placing the order.
* Orders must be shipped to a street address because an order cannot be
shipped to a post office box.
* Shipping/handling costs will be automatically calculated for you and
will be shown in your "Shopping Cart".
* California residents will be charged appropriate state/county sales
tax.

2. Shipping Charge

* Products value of less than $99.99 will be charged $10/shipment and free shipping for $100 or more.

3. Shipping Method

* UPS 2nd day air for USA, Fedex economy for Canada.
* UPS Ground for California.
* If you want other shipping method, please contact us.

4. Special Offer

5% off your $300 purchase or more and 10% off your $500 or more.

5. Return Policy

We have a one-week money back return policy (less shipping costs).
If you are not satisfied with a product purchased from us, simply call
or e-mail us within seven days of receipt to arrange the details of
your return.

All returns must be in original, undamaged, new condition
All returns are subject to inspection and a 20% restocking fee.

Please allow a minimum of two weeks from the time we receive your
return for your refund or reshipment to arrive. If paid by credit card,
please allow up to two billing cycles for your credit to appear on your
statement.
